This vacation home offers 55 square meters of comfort, ideal to meet the guests' needs, with a division between the living room, kitchen, and bedroom that ensures a well-organized environment. Our guests enjoy maximum flexibility for their nighttime returns, with parking and a designated parking spot available, as well as a large garden where they can spend pleasant moments outdoors. Pets are allowed, as long as they are kept on a leash in common areas.

Children up to 2 years old stay for free in a crib, while for children aged 3 to 14, the cost per night is as follows:
- Accommodation only: €15.00
- Accommodation and breakfast: €20.00
The tourist tax is not included in the price and amounts to €1.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights, starting from the age of 16.
