Featuring very spacious areas and high-quality finishes, this apartment offers at least 4 beds distributed across two double bedrooms, each with private bathrooms equipped with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with an island, oven, refrigerator, and freezer, as well as a dishwasher. You will also find a small laundry room with a sink and washing machine. Additionally, there is an outdoor terrace connected to the single room. All windows are equipped with grilles and closing systems for external light, in addition to curtains.

The location
We are located in Tramonte di Teolo (PD), right above the Abbazia di Praglia, on the Euganean Hills. Our loft enjoys an extraordinarily quiet location, positioned at the top of the mountain. Just 100 meters (outside the entrance gate), you will find Trattoria al Capitello, where you can savor typical dishes for lunch and dinner. The loft is only 20 minutes from the center of Padua, taking the ring road. Additionally, it is 30-40 minutes from Vicenza and 50 minutes from Venice. Nearby, you can visit the renowned thermal resorts of Abano and Montegrotto Terme, as well as the picturesque towns of Galzignano Terme, Battaglia Terme, Monteortone, and many others, known for their historical and artistic beauty.
Why Loft 9083
The history of this loft holds a romantic significance for us. The number 90 represents the birth year of Francesca, while the number 83 is the birth year of Federico. We are two individuals who have transformed our passion for hospitality into an extremely intimate and serene space. This loft was our first love nest, our first home from which life began to fill with emotions with the birth of our two daughters. These experiences inspired us to share this little gem with you. It is a unique, intimate, and welcoming apartment that exudes the true essence of home.
