Se si \u00e8 carenti compaiono attacchi di panico, ansia, depressione e altre cose poco piacevoli. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Come aumentare, quindi il livello del buonumore?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Mangiare con piacere: <\/strong>Alcuni alimenti come il latte, le uova e i latticini, le patate, le banane, il riso, i cereali integrali etc. sono ricchi di\u00a0<strong>triptofano<\/strong>, sostanza a partire dalla quale il nostro organismo produce la serotonina. Inoltre, non dimentichiamo che anche il nostro amato cioccolato fondente rimane una vera carica di serotonina.<\/li><li><strong>Attivit\u00e0 fisica: <\/strong>Praticare attivit\u00e0 fisica, anche solo una semplice passeggiata, magari immersi nella tranquillit\u00e0 e verde natura, \u00e8 riconosciuto essere un toccasana per la salute ed il benessere. <\/li><li><strong>Meditare:<\/strong> Uno dei pi\u00f9 grandi nemici del buonumore \u00e8 lo stress. . Recenti studi hanno dimostrato che prendersi un po\u2019 di tempo per se stessi, dedicandosi alla\u00a0meditazione\u00a0e allo\u00a0yoga, \u00e8 uno dei metodi pi\u00f9 efficaci per difendersi dagli attacchi d&#8217;ansia, stimolando serotonina e benessere.<\/li><li><strong>Assumere Omega 3: <\/strong>Serotonina e omega 3 sono stretti alleati. Prediligere, quindi, il consumo di noci, semi e olio di lino o una buona cena di pesce stimola la produzione degli alleati del buonumore. <\/li><li><strong>Sorridere: <\/strong>Sorridere \u00e8 un toccasana per la salute e l\u2019umore, contribuisce a combattere lo stress e ci aiuta nelle relazioni con gli altri.
